Guys DPS means Damage Per second, so its not so much as as muvh damage in one strike as possible, but more high amounts of consecutive damage, thats why its not raiden

Ayaka just has objectively stronger damage ceiling. Especially with the progression of better teammates, weapons, and constellations. Having Kazuha, Shenhe, and Furina as well as mist splitter and constellations completes her, whereas Wriothesly doesn’t have a complete team or build. Also, at lower investments, Ayaka is still better. Her kit is complete at c0 with f2p weapons and four star teammates. No matter how you slice it, Ayaka is the best.
