Recently on a Sunday I went to kabab e que buffet.It was buffet served on the table. Soup, veg & non veg starters were served, 2 types of salads were also served.In veg dal makhani, butter naan, mixed veg were served All the items were very good in taste.
Now comes the non veg main course, they served mutton biriyani, chicken tikka gravy & one fish items. As they were taking order of 4 to 5 tables at a time I think they couldn't cook so much variety of non veg food item within stipulated time.
When my non veg dishes were served I realised that non veg items were half cooked all fish mutton & chicken dishes were not properly marinated or boiled nor fried properly. It had smells of raw meat( kacha aaste gondho, properly bhaja, kosha ba boil kora hoy ni.) I couldn't finish my food & even wasted the non veg gravy& biriyani items & left the place.
I had a very bad sunday buffet experience at Astor - kabab e que.
Please forward my experience to the restaurant management so that they can improve their service.
