This was amazing! My modifications: gluten free noodles, coconut yogurt instead of greek yogurt, green beans instead of asparagus (don’t like asparagus), canned tuna instead of smoked salmon (it’s all I had at the time) and only 1.5 tablespoons of dill and parsley (because I got scared.) It was delicious. Really good :) And the best part is, lunch is made for the week!
