Awesome to see a Red Bull Alpine World Cup series! Top notch production on episode one guys, can't wait for the rest.

Also wtf Hirscher is only 29?! I thought he was mid 30's. Amazing.

at the age of 11 i vividly remember over the P.A. speaker while i was in the library that jean claude killy has just won a gold medal skiing (in the winter olympics in 1968 grenoble france ) this was a inspiration for me and my brother. and we wanted to win gold medals too! this set my compass for the rest of my life and adrenaline in the starting gate is the fix.

When your feet are as far apart as his are at times and when you are on a slope of that steepness it is totally natural that the inside foot would be that far advanced. At the speed he is going, the desire to grip as well as go as fast as possible and make the gate, the amount of dynamic balancing that is going on is incredible, therefore it is totally understandable, natural and in my view, desirable to have the top foot advanced like that.

Haha they're talking about hirscher being challanged and this season he's winning races, more than 2 secs faster than second place. Well that seems like he's being challanged haha

Being single young and devoted helps. I want to have a race for mommies to see how I do it! 😂

Cmon Thomas Dressen is a nice guy and a good racer, but there are others who perform better and more consistently. Just winning two races doesn´t make you A-Tier. Svindal, Jansrud, Mayer, Franz and Feuz are all much more likely choices for A-Tier.
