This did the trick! I had a chuck of hardened spackle that fell in my printer preventing it from feeding paper. All the HP troubleshooting videos were garbage because they do not get into disassembly, which is required for nasty jams. Thank you for posting!

It came SAME DAY !! it was an easy set up. The ink gave me a little trouble with trying to click it into the printer but I eventually got it. Plus all the included stuff with the printer that you get for a year is worth the purchase. It works great and it’s perfect for the house for anyone trying to bring work home (ME) or someone in school needing documents printed and can’t get to the library in time(also me) so make the purchase.
