first thing that should be done is enforce the body cameras. They all have them, that is well known, but they say they can use them at their own discretion, so there is never any video of events. Then people say well we need context we don't know how it started. well if you don't see how it started its because the body cam is off or the video from the cam is squashed. that should give you a hint about who is in the wrong. Show us the body cam footage.

Why is Lakeland police department hiding these officers behavior. None of them stopped it!!!! They actually helped by double tazing him while being punched dead in the face back to back.
