NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia, a nationally renowned organ donation center, is proposing a controversial move. As CBS News New York's Alecia Reid explains, the hospital wants to shut down its Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit and use those beds in the emergency department.

Wait, they want to "convert" those beds to the ED? The ED isn't in the Milstein building, it's separated by a street/bridge. Is the ED extending into Milstein?
