Swami ji. Firstly many thanks for your teachings on Bhagwat Geeta.
On the topic of the world being made up of satwik, rajasic and tamsic gunas, which meaning stability, action and inertia, my uncle had found it to be similar to photon, electron and neutron in an atom. The role of photon is to provide stability, electrons are full of activity and neutrons are inert. The whole world is made of the 3 particles (and some more as science now tells us). This was just an alternative thought which I thought of sharing.

"I AM not in them, rather they are in ME"- beautifully explained by Swāmiji by taking the example of Space and room- the room is in Space but the Space is not in the room. My humble pranāms to Swāmiji. If we relate this analogy to our spiritual practice then it is "I Am [the Presence of Conscious-Witness, Ātma] not in the body, the senses and the mind, but they are in I Am- ME". If we say "I Am" in them, then it is imposing limitations to Ātma [that I Am] which is Unlimited, Unbound and Unrestrained. Moreover, at this beginning stages of our Spiritual Path if we assert that "I Am" in them, it may dangerously lead to inflate our Ego-I that we have powerfully at present. Hence our practice should be "they are dependent on Ātma [Me] and Ātma [I Am] is not dependent on them- they are in Me, but I Am not in them". It is only this "understanding" that helps us [the beginners on the Spiritual Path of Awakening] to go beyond mind and matter with which we have stuck since time immemorial. I pray Swāmiji to explain this in some more detail.

If you look at sound as Vibration , and according to modern Field Theory, space along with matter is made of Vibration, the vibration of the different Fields, then one could look at that space is made of sound, looking at it in this way gives proof that the ancient Riches had access to knowledge that science has proven to be true in the past 100 years
