One of my favourite go-to workouts.
1. USB Clean
2. USB Front Loaded Squat
3. USB Overhead Press
4. USB Bent Over Row
5. USB Romanian Deadlift
Each of the exercises is for 8 reps, and you transition from one to another without resting. Perform 5 total complexes, resting 120 seconds between each.
The weight and size of your bag will be determined by your weakest exercise - which in my case is the overhead press.
