This is bs dont use this, first off you need a new account which is like $20 from minecraft or > $0 as stated in this video. The 2nd part about needing to unplug and replug your router only works if you have another account and only works if you have a dynamic IP address.

theres mods on popular mc servers that tell the mods if your account is connected to a banned account IF the ips are the same, so thats why you reset the ip so your new account dosn't get banned.
