I have been to Brazil in Rio back in 2010 & aboustly loved it. Brasilian people are lovely to hang out with. My Portuguese sucks so I strongly recommend people to learn basic Portuguese if your travelling to Brazil. I would love to travel to Sao Paulo in the future. it's a shame there's not much brasilian's in London to make friends with. 😢

Cool ! I am from Sao Paulo and i used to live in Rio and for me they're so different that one completes the other ...it's sad to see people like that, ....but you'll see between LA and NYC ...Barcelona and Madrid ....i used to live in those cities too and it's the same

In both cities you can find many interesting things, but it certainly depends on your taste! Rio de Janeiro is a beautiful city, with beautiful beaches. São Paulo, despite being seen as a business city has other attractions: A rich and varied nightlife and rich cultural life with theaters, concerts and museums, such as the Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo and Football Museum. Although no beaches, parks and has beautiful places to visit. Like any big city both have their problems.
