VS Idea: Kamen Rider Build vs Grey (Kamen Rider vs Mega Man)

Memories broken. Their pasts lost to time. One as a devil scientist with a good heart. The other, the creation of a god scientist with a corrupt nature. Initially harbingers of war, these two would face an event in which their memories would become fractured and scattered amongst the truth, but this event would turn things out for the better as these two would unknowingly denounce that initial role. Fighting to protect those close to them, fighting to find the truth of who they are, they would become a warrior of hope for all people, and would die to protect their world until the very end.
