Central México is full of great places from beautiful colonial cities, nature, waterfalls, maintain cities, famous Tolantongo, Guanajuato, Queretaro and the Sierra Gorda, beautiful Huasteca full of crystal blue rivers and waterfalls with amazing nature, and the list goes on... just in a note.. you barely explored the beaches of Puerto Vallarta and its surroundings.. and jalisco state itself has a lot to offer besides Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara... saludos from Tequila land! what a great video! another tip - I also land up saving up on unnecessary expenses like atm fees etc in Mexico - using apps like ATM Fee Saver - it helps find atms abroad with no fees or lower fees than others along with withdrawal limits etc. worth adding to your list of tricks!

I'm South African, I have a USA visa, As far as I know, I can enter Mexico with that visa. I'll be visiting Mexico for the first time in December for the month. Very excited. I'll be travelling alone though. A few great tips from the video. Thank you :) Great to have come across your channel.

Been in MX from the capital all the way down to Cancun and the best places I have ever seen are: #1 San Cristobal de las Casas for best weather/ nature, great food #2 Palenque (not for the city but for the gorgeous waterfalls and best ruins in MX) #3 Oaxaca for best food, culture.

For worst places we experienced are #1 Tulum for worst taxi, worst rip-off, no infrastructure, most expensive the whole city is built in the last couple of years where locals live in poverty next to 5 star accommodation while on the street it's pitch black at night, just an abomination #2 Cancun for crime rate and worst food/ prices/ infrastructure/ taxi mafia.#3 Mexico City for crime rate/ pollution ( best advice 'if you hear gunshots, get your back to a wall, tree')

I have found Playa del Carmen to be authentic, where locals are well integrated and are benefiting from tourism and Merida great for all-round ( food, architecture, ruins, culture, cenotes and friendly locals)
