Sir maine phase 2 bhara hi nhi kya mai spot round bhar sakta hu ?

Hii mujhe 1st round me clg allot hua tha and 2nd me upgrade bhi hua tha but due to some problem mai upgrade hone ke baad extra fee pay nhi kar paayi and mera seat cancel ho gya . Now I don't have any reserve seat in du . So...am i eligible for spot Pls reply

Hey so I got ipcw multimedia and masscom in the first round only but turns out the fees was 1lakh 30 thousand rs which is a very hefty amount and got 1 & half day to pay the fees and I failed. The website still shows the allocation but payment closed mentioned. I tried mailing both helpdesk and the college but it was of no use. Would I be eligible for spot admission?
