I created a NV LLC where the member is a WY LLC. Rental properties are owned by NV LLC.
The NV LLC has the member (WY LLC) recorded. The member on the WY LLC is me, but that is not recorded in WY.
You said (min 6:44) I do not have to record the member of the NV LLC?
Does that mean the WY LLC is really not needed for anonymity?

I have the Question: If I open LLC with 5 Partner ( 20% each) for Buy TAX DEED Property, Rental long time( more one year) and Then after 13 Months I Sell this property, WHAT is the Better Structure for this? The LLC Partnership or C-CORP? Or maybe, Put this in one Trust inside the LLC in WY or NM?
