The Stella de Oro is a re-blooming daylily, and it's one of my absolute favorites! Probably the world's most famous daylily, The Stella De Oro makes a great choice for any garden. It's multiple blooms create a haven for pollinators.

EDIBLE -> Some sources suggest that the young leaves of daylilies can be used as a pot herb or in leaf sauce, while others recommend eating the buds of the yellow Stella d’Oros a day or so before opening, picked and eaten raw right out of the garden. It’s also mentioned that the young leaves can be used to thicken a soup even when dried.
