Councilman Gene Hernandez is a regular user of the Bully Pulpit. That was quite evident at the October 4 Yorba Linda City Council meeting, where Hernandez lashed back at residents who questioned his statements and actions regarding the City budget, landscaping and Ethics Ordinance.

Then click on the “Video” link for the October 4, 2016 meeting.

After the viewer pops up, select “Public Comments” from the left hand column. It will take you directly to the comments, which are followed by Councilman Hernandez’s response.
