Day 56 of the highest altitude 75 hard ever documented

Rules of 75 Hard:

1. Follow a diet (No alcohol) - I decided to eliminate processed foods and all sugars from my diet.

2. Complete two 45-minute workouts.

3. Take a progress picture.

4. Drink 1 gallon of water.

5. Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks not included).

6. Read in French

7. Play Guitar for 15 minutes

8. Work 7 hours on @alluviummedia
