Review: A Cheap Markevitch Box
Показать описание
Here's yet another one of those 10-CD sets (from Intense Media) using public domain material decently transferred from LPs, some mono, some stereo. All of it has been formally reissued by the major labels on which it originated, so if you're an audiophile or a hard-core Markevitch collector you probably don't need this. On the other hand, if you want to hear what the fuss is all about--and make no mistake, Markevitch was a great, great artist--this cheap set allows you to get your feet wet at virtually no financial risk. Oh, and you get a Passover recipe with this talk, no extra charge.
