Dont use finger because sometimes our finger is not clean so it can mess up the shading😊.

I think probably cotton blend are best in all terms because when I use my finger for blending, my finger pain start and the tissue paper is very dry paper when I use the tissue paper, tissue papers pieces crack so the drawing is fully covered with piece of tissue paper then drawing paper cover full with dirty. Thats the reason. Why should you use or I prefer please use cotton bud for oil pastels blending. 🤗🤗🤗

I have a lot of cotton buds in my house because of my school boxes 💀 but I can use it for blending whenever I am drawing so thanks for this Idea

Have you tried a dry wash cloth, I have seen people use a paper towel and wondered for larger works would it to use a wash cloth
