Give your designs that Xerox photocopy/ink bleed effect with Adobe Photoshop! 🔮
Today I run through my process for giving my design work that cool photocopy effect with loads of ink bleed, damage and texturing. This Xerox style has been super popular within the metal, hardcore and punk scenes for many years but has recently been growing in demand in the mainstream and commercial design world.

I used to make flyers for punk bands on the copy machine pre internet days. This definitely gives me some ideas on recreating that look.

Back in the day Danzig would take photos and drawings and layer them then photocopy them in various stages to make his art work. For example the Samhain Unholy Passion album cover was done that way and the bars or stripes on the side were originally a picture of a staircase. I've always photoshopped my artwork but I definitely want to try doing it the old school analog way just for a different challenge haha. Also reminds me of how Cannibal Corpse would photocopy their logo a bunch of times onto neon sticker paper and send them out to fans. Great content I'm so glad I found your channel!

Im down with this step by step real time tutorial. The quick ones are great too but it is a bit hard to keep up with them, especially for us the newbies. Amazing work as always, you are the best!

This is sick bro, I've always used threshold but using ripple and noise and then applying a stamp filter looks amazing, definitely excited to try it out
