I am technologically challenged. I do know that on my iPhone I have Siri. So if I want to call someone I can tell Siri to call them by name or I can tell Siri the telephone number and all of it is hands-free. I don’t even require a Bluetooth to do that although that might be helpful as well. if they did this in San Francisco and I presume all of California and I watched a video of drivers being pulled over using their phones driving right next to a police car. You can’t fix stupid, even duct tape won’t help the best that tape can do is muffle the sound

It took long enough. Not that its going to stop anyone. Cops need to enforce it for it to do anything. And they are great at getting the idiots that think the passing lane is just there for cruising.😂
