I did this for my kids when they were little. I also did pancakes and mini egg sandwiches.(use slider rolls). I wrapped everything into individual servings so when my kids got up for school they could just stick them on a plate and in the microwave. Those that were old enough to use the nuker of course. I always, always make extra coating in everything I make. It never seems like enough. As far as sticking goes, I didn't use a rack. I used parchment paper sprayed it and flipped the sticks over.

Saw this recipe online and it looks really yummy. I think I'll try it with shredded unsweetened coconut instead of the cereal, just to cut the sweetness a bit. Syrup and/or powdered sugar on top will be plenty!

Hi! I'm new to your channel. I found you because I was looking for some new freezer meal ideas for breakfast for school mornings.😁💛 These look yummy! I will have to tweak it a bit as my kids don't really like Cap'n Crunch cereal, but I imagine you could probably use any crushed cereal as a coating? 😊I'm going to try and experiment. This is a great idea and I can see how they would freeze well. I subscribed and look forward to more videos from you. Thanks so much!🌸💙🌞

TFS, I have made in the past for my kiddos and they are awesome. I didn't add any sugar (cereal had enough, lol) but the same on the rest. I had enough breading for all my bread though. I did use food processor to make crumbs. Also I used captain crunch (no berry's) original.
Thanks again, gonna have to make again. 😃

Looks yummy ! When I need to crush something I use a rolling pin. Take care.

I bet this would be very good with cinnamon toast crunch.

Looks yummy! You could use a food processor to crush the cereal as well which might make it easier. Tyfs 😊❤️👍🏼

Arent’t these great ! My kids aren’t French Toast fans, and I made these a few weeks ago . They love these . I crush up the captain crunch a little finer and it seems to coat more of the bread . I have the same problem when you make them fresh with the sticking . Next time I’m going to freeze for 10 minutes then bake . I also warm the frozen ones up in the air fryer .
