The work function of a metal is given along with the wavelength of incident light on the metal. Using the photoelectric effect equations, you must determine the maximum velocity with which electrons escape the metal (first determine whether they actually do escape), then you must determine the cutoff wavelength, above which electrons will not escape the metal.
