Never use the carburator cleaner to MAF sensor or to MAP. Carb cleaner it's too strong. It will cause a sensor damage. Use spacial MAF sensor cleaner only.
If your engine shaking on idle, look ignition coils ans spark plug first. Then other engine components.

In most cases, engine shaking is caused by hardened or torn engine mounts. The next reason is the fuel supply, the injectors or fuel filter are clogged. Also, the spark plugs are not screwed in well and there is a bad spark. Other reasons are less likely but cannot be ruled out.

They also fail to show you the security screws or shear screws and or torx screws that you will need special tools for. And the carb cleaner actually leaves an oily film on the sensor wire. So get the correct cleaner. Also lightly lubricate the O ring.

There is fluid (spray) specific to this job so be careful when cleaning the MAF sensor and just does work if you do it correctly

Put coil plug back on. Works every time. Cleaning mass air flow meter when it bogs under load or just read the code. Then go from there
