Life can get hard from time to time. Most people have dealt with uncomfortable feelings of stress, loneliness, anger or sadness at one point in their life. The student life, although filled with ups, can also have its downs, like exam anxiety, procrastination, loneliness, etc. Being a foreign student brings its own challenges to the mix and knowing where to find help is one of them. That is why we started "I am Okay", a video series about mental health, where counsellors from RWTH share ways to combat procrastination, burnout or exam stress.

The first episode is an introduction, where we give you helpful information about the RWTH Counseling programs, and what you can do if you need further help.

Seit 2018 brauchte ich so etwas... Seit dem bin ich nicht Okay. Bald wieder da. Ich möchte dabei helfen und noch sein.
