Fat tire ebike 20 min flat fix

Heard a pop. Huge nail in tire. Had wrong tube or it would have been half the time. Patched tube twice. Didn't like first one. 20 min, still not bad.

Edit: For anyone looking how to actually do it, which can't be done in a short, here's the full how to video.

For the Original Handlebar Jacks:

Here's the link to check out the AWD Philodo H8

Okay, nice video. My phone stole the 19 minutes in the middle of the video! Would you please repost the whole thing? I want to see how to disassemble the rear tire! 😮😂

Happened to me on the exact same bike a few days ago. It was two tiny but rock solid and sharp thorns that popped it.

Love this bike I have the black and white model. Very choice. 1000w 48AH AWD Hydraulic brakes (switched rear pads from red/semi to gold) added a rail light for trails and got rid of the single bearing pedals to 3 bearing pedals. Takes jumps like a beast.

Where did you buy your mini handlebar crutches? I'm interested. Do you have a link you could send me? Thanks in advance.

Flatout tyre sealant inside the inner tube works well, obviously wouldn’t save you from a nail but it does prevent the tube going flat from most of the common things that puncture bike tyres. Obviously next best step is getting some fat tyres from Schwalbe like the Jumbo Jim. It is expensive but much more durable than the chaoyang tyres all the ebike companies use.

I also own this philodo h8 but in the uk instead and where I live the streets are kept clean so flats aren’t typically an issue.

Spot on with how long it takes to fix if your not slow …. You should sprey that stuff in the tube then fill it with air. I think it’s a run flat can

How did you take the Axel nuts off the motor wheel?

You don't need to take off the wheel to pull out one small section of the tube and put a patch on it. . Fix it in 5 minutes, just find the hole 🕳 and take the tube out while the wheel is on the bike.

I just changed my back tube and the tirer after 715 miles of riding it....I love it... KRISPY 550 WATT ..HIDDEN BATTERRY....MY BIKE WILL HOLD CONSTANT MILES AN HOUR AT 21

AND I CAN TRAVEL 30 MILES BEFORE CHARGEING IT AGAIN

Is the controller susceptible to eminent damage on the bottom of frame directly behind the front tire. Every limb you drive over is gonna wack it!

What did you use to hold the handle bars up so it won’t damage what’s on the handle bar

That's happen to me like 4 days ago 😢

I bet you didn't deflate your tires to make sure the valve stem was straight. Your fault,

I thought I would be able to ride my 28 mph to work but I keep getting flats … just too much debris on the road…
