I need to share something to english canadians. On the radio channel of Radio-canada we got an interview with the ex-minister of Quebec during the 2008 recession. She shared how anxious she was back then because she just had gotten the post and had to manage a crisis and all Quebec banks menaced to crumble. She asked help to the conservative government who just raised their shoulders to her but then she went to Mark Carney who was the governor of the bank. He listened to her then called her back on christmas eve to share with her what he was gonna do and give her advice. The result is that no Quebec banks crumbled and as we know we all got out of recession early. She gave the interview because she was furious that Harper dared to lie and claim he was the only one who got Canada out of recession.

I think it is such an important story to share with english canadians who don't follow french medias.
