Yes, no matter how far back the trauma might have been, it's like a scar in his mind. We might like to tell ourselves they are "ONLY animals" but I think deep down inside we know they have sensitive emotions just like we do TOO 💖😉. So, I really can't wrap my head around WHY anybody could do SUCH a horrible thing to another living creature which can clearly feel and suffer so much pain and emotional 😭 trauma! I can only hope THAT over long time and with enough loving support these painful memories will pass away. Warmest regards from Greensboro, NC USA.

I had my dog puke a bunch of times in a car while he was little.
It's just a matter of adjustments for them, they gain resistance to that over time like people.

Os animais pedem e esperam, cuidados e amor....mas tem aqueles que abusam da confiança e maltratam...Um dia todo sofrimento será apagado de sua memória.

Okay so when the dog stopped on the leash. And knowing the trauma it's been through. Why would you keep pulling him and not pick him up? I would not have him dragged down the road after knowing he's already been dragged by a truck. I hope in the future that is better noted about the dog's behavior and in the house and not forced to do something it doesn't want to do. You just need a little more tenderness to the people that just adopted him.
