Okay so I’m clearly not Greek... did the red hair give it away? but I live and work at a Greek boarding school, calling Thessaloniki home for the past year; eating, breathing, drinking, and (kinda) speaking Greek.

If I’m not halara-ing in Thessaloniki with some spanakotiropita, you can find me boppin' around Greece, the Balkans, or hoppin' over to Turkey for some kebab and tea, finding people to practice my spanish with, all the while taking full advantage of my monthly stipend and dwindling post grad savings account!
