Oh, and I learned a lot of new things about the major ATV upgrades for 2023 on the Can Am Outlanders. So after a fun ride I will cover all of the new upgrades (that I am aware of) and I think you will be impressed! Whether you own a Can Am or not, I believe that these kinds of new options will become the 'norm' in a few years for many other manufacturers!

Run to the Auto Parts store, and get some ceramic spray. I put in all over the new SxS I just got, and the dirt just wipes right off, even beads up the muddy water.

Going to buy one tomorrow! Im still not sure if I want the 1000r xt or the 850xt. Some say the 1000r is just overkill on the power. 850 has all the power you need! 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’ll check back and update you on which one I decided to get. Going to test drive both! And I mean test drive them good. I want to make the right decision

i just picked up the 23 outlander xxc 1000 and this thing is crazy... only downfall is no diff lock like the xt

I have 320 miles on my early 23 model. It doesn't have the programmable engine braking feature. I was a bit concerned as my Dad had an early 2000's Bombardier that was way too severe on engine braking. It turns out my Can-Am is just fine so that concern was a non-issue.
I really like the throttle's Work Mode setting for loading the ATV into the back of my pickup. I've just set the spring tension to softest all around. On the medium settings on potholed gravel roads it was a bit rough on my right shoulder (that needs medical attention), so I'm hoping the softer settings will be better.
I've had gas mileage readings of 20 mpg and just got 16 mpg on my most recent ride (2WD only in hills & dales). I don't think I made a calculation error so am curious what you'll be getting with your new Outlander.
All in all I've been quite happy with my new purchase. I hope you like yours as well.

So I see you have the ranger as well. I have a can am defender max hd7. It works for the family but a lot of the time I really miss atvs. Which do you prefer and what do you find you use each for?
