I always wonder how certain foods come to be..when I was young growing up in America, we played with snails outside..who am I kidding we tortured snails when I was younger! We’d do horrible things like put salt on them or try and burn them with the sun and a magnifying glass..Children are evil lol anyways, did anyone grow up eating escargot as a “norm”, if so what was your action the first time your parents offered it to you?!
