sometimes it's enough to put aside all your affairs and, damn it, give yourself a rest. both physically and mentally.

lots of people often miss the second part..

give yourself those 20+ minutes
it's... not as much as it might seem.

so, here's what you're going to do right now:

put it all away. absolutely everything

you will have to put aside even your own thoughts.
those that.. being very obsessive from day to day, poisoning your existence.

deadlines, insults, misunderstandings, quarrels, a broken heart; your injuries, tears, inner emptiness; all that baggage that you carry behind your shoulders from the past.

imagine that now, in these very twenty minutes, none of this simply doesn't exists.

there are.. just..
you.
and the stars.

ask yourself..

who are the real you?

what do you feel and why?

try to understand and treat yourself with all love and awe you have..

talk to yourself as you would to someone you love so much.

who do you value. who do you care about. and who do you want to spend time with..

if it doesn’t work out due to a lack of self-love —
(we will have another conversation and video on this topic, sub so don’t miss it) —
try to imagine that you really love yourself.

let it be for now.

if you continue to work on this, you will definitely be able to sincerely love yourself.

so... try to relax, look at the stars and watch your breath.

imagine that with each exhalation you are exhaling all that tension, anxiety and pain that have been piling up inside you for so long.

keep breathing and watch it.

just keep watching yourself and your thoughts.

you are a good person, not something wrongdifferentetc.

you are not alone.

all things will be better....so are you.

spend your time today in a way that will benefit you.

it could be.. literally anything.

please take that time for yourself. it's... really really important.
