I really appreciate this video. I still don't feel comfortable trimming my briskets. I've asked my purple duck for advice but he's taking his secrets to the grave.

Thanks Marie. I doubt I’ll try this again. The local stores the meat is too salty. We’re lucky we have a good butcher who trims it as a matter of course. So instead of buying 10 pounds and ending up with 7. You pay for the seven. They’re from heaven these guys. Purple duck

I like to use "W" sauce as a spritz 😊and never ever forget to get the sides with rub! Another great video and here is your PURPLE DUCK 🤣🤣

Hi Mazie, Thanks for your videos ! I have tried several of your recipes..very good !
I purchased a new Pitboss platnum brunswick smoker and I wish I could get more smoke action from it. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or should use a higher temp. Looking to get more of a Texas Bar B Que flavor and crispy sort of burnt texture and flavor. Any ideas ?

Purple Duck girlie, you seriously need to sharpen that knife. That was hard to watch. And keep in the fridge til ready to put the knife on it. Keep up the good work. 👍
