Unable to Download WhatsApp Media in Samsung Phone | How to Fix the issue

In this video today we will see what to do if you are Unable to Download WhatsApp Media in Samsung Phone. You have to check whether there is internet connection in your mobile or not. You also have to see the date and time whether it is correct or not. Also You need to make sure that there is space left in your device.

In case if you are unable to download the medias that are present in whatsapp to your android device then what you do is the first thing you have to check that there is internet connection in your device or not. So open any website or open any youtube videos to check if there is internet connection or not. Second thing that you can do is you can restart your router and your phone and check if you can download the media or not. Now the third thing that you have to do is you have to make sure that the date and time which is in your android device is correct. If the date and time is not correct then the device can't connect to whatsapp server. So make sure the date and time is correct. If not you can go to "settings". You can go to "General Management" - "Date and Time" and you can select this option "Automatic Date and Time" so that the date and time will be set according to the sim card that is present in your phone. In case if the sim card doesn't belong to the country where you are then in that case you have to disable this option "Automatic Date and Time" and then you have to manually set date and then manually set the time. So once the date and time is correct check if you can download the media or not. Now the other thing that you have to make sure is you have to make sure that there is space left in your device. If there is no space then the media cannot be downloaded. So we will go to "settings". We will go to "Device" here and we will go to "storage". This will show you how much of a space is left in your device. If you see I have 15 GB of space which is available, that means I can download the media and for SD card also there is only 487 MB used out of 1.8 GB. That means I have space in both of these medias. If you don't have space you can check from here which is taking up more space and then you can delete and make space in your device. Hopefully this will fix the issue.
