Can you daily drive a sequential?

That annoying ringing around 3000 RPM is coming from the reverse locking mechanism inside the gear lever, I should be able to get rid of it.

Seems like a alot of fun but doesn't seem you can Neutral or coast at all so being in a gear all the time seems like it could become a pita to drive like that all the time. But for strictly track racing it sesms fantastic!
