One method I'm trying is moving the head joint around to a different area and popping the head in and it so far is not loose, so im hoping it stays like that and it doesn't break.

I'd take origins Skeletor's belt/loincloth, which is solid black, and swap that to him as well so it'd match his cool combat boots.

The problem is the neck dumbbell not the head. Skeletors head is just as loos in his neck. His head works great on skeletors neck. Just superglue on the ball

I painted the red dots on man at Arms helmet. It looks way better in my opinion.
