Just to be clear, I absolutely loved this promo image! Just because it doesn't get me as excited as it got everyone else doesn't mean I don't love it. I think it's a fantastic image. The visuals are beautiful and the monsters look great. I just have reservations about it due to the uncertainty surrounding its appearance in the film.

I think the reason Kong’s in such an awkward stance is cause he’s Ready to swing his right leg forward and launch off it briefly to make his punch stronger

I’m so glad we got our first official look at Godzilla vs Kong via concept images from the back of the GvK toy package! I know it’s not an actual frame from the movie, but this shot of Godzilla and Kong is epic! I hope we get scenes like this in the movie, shot in the day, shot clearly and focused on Godzilla and Kong fighting as oppose to cutting away from the fights and hopefully we see this scene play out and not judge it based on a three second blurry clip from last yr lol.

Kong looks like he walks on 4s. Like a actually gorilla. But I like how kong stood on 2s in the monsterverse. I think that's why it looks so odd on the box art


Edit: I guess what I'm trying to say is the model looks more like an actual gorilla than Kong. Because that odd posture is the exact same posture a gorilla takes when fighting

This could definitely be near land near SkullIsland I hope that the aircraft carrier is gonna break apart it does look like it is, hopefully GVK will definitely stick with being consistent that’s what I want as please stay consistent and make the execution and action for the Aircraft carrier scene to be awesome I really don’t want this to turn dumb that’ll suck if it does.
