I love how Nemona character is. She has many teams and once even cant battle us because she wasnt with the right team for that. Even though she started a totally new team just to rival a newbie (us), this team gets really strong very fast deserving an S tier as we reach the champion rank to follow her in this short time

I remember my final fight with Nemona. She sent out Lycanroc, I sent out Toxipex. She stealth rocks just as I put down Poison Spikes and that’s when I knew this was gunna be a FIGHT FIGHT.

I would love it if in the DLC you get to see Nemona’s team from when she first gained the champion rank. Considering you only see the team she decides to use traveling through the region with you, I’d love to see the powerhouse team that made people basically not want to battle her

One thing that I’ll never understand is that Nemona doesn’t have a Tauros in her final battle. Admittedly I don’t know what I’d replace for it but it’s weird for her to use one in the opening cutscene

Edit: as it turns out, she does do something with her Tauros. She trades it to you after you battle her twice as a special coach in the indigo disk (which wasn’t out at the time of the original comment). This is still the only time the game acknowledges the mon, so I think my point still stands

The problem with Nemona and Geta is that they always use their ace last which means if its good against something on your team it wont show up until you’ve killed all their mons already. Cynthia’s garchomp wouldn’t have been nearly as bad if she ALLWAYS saved it for last.

Nemona is my favorite rival by far. Before the last battle with her when she says " these people gathered from far around but I the most excited by a mile" I felt that.

Nemo's final match in the main story was honestly the only time I actually struggled in my entire run of Violet. It was an even match overall and the ending came down to a 1v1 with my Tinkaton coming in clutch in the end. Such a fun fight with godtier music as well.

I love refighting her! Even being ~20 levels higher than her, she still gives me a challenge.

Edit: When fighting her in the Indigo Disk, I also struggle and still barely make it out on top. Her terastallizing her starter in a different type caught me off guard the first time.

Nemona is DEFINITELY champion material, I had to switch out and use max potions and full heals MULTIPLE TIMES!😅
