For higher standards 13 - 15 age group 8- 10th class above this time table is 👍 👍but upto 11:00 pm( study) it's not fair atleast 7 hrs of sleep is must for good health "HEALTH IS WEALTH " WITHOUT PROPER CARE (HEALTH) WE CAN'T REACH OUR GOALS EVEN THOUGH WE R BRILLIANT 😀 👍 🤗🤗

It's sad to see that students these days are in so much pressure that they hardly go out and play. I remember the days when playing outside on the field was a thing and now it seems luxury. I request the kids, please take a time out especially class 9th and below, go out, play, run, go crazy these are the times you make memories and friends and you guys will cherish it forever.

Why dinner time is at 9:30? It's always good to have dinner early and light. So it must be 7pm. Also our body needs recovery time. So sleep time also should be for atleast 7hrs. Going for tution and school also takes time. So we must consider travel time too.

EARLIER TOO LAZY . Later Slowly became MORNING PERSON. NO NOISE & POLLUTION & PEACEFUL IN MORNING. GOOD HABIT WAKE-UP IN MORNING. 📚🏃🚶🏋️💪Early to bed early to rise.

The student only gets 6hours of sleep. Each student should sleep between 7 to 8 hours. The dinner time is too late also. Rest assured

Time between dinner and sleep can be more. Also 30 min is too less at 5:30 pm to connect with friends.
Also sleep time is from 11pm to 5 am. Just 6 hours.

It's really not good to suggest others a timetable, because everyone can make their own on their convenience. So it can be totally urs or the ones who don't know how to make a time table.

Thank you but the bed time is to late if this is good habit to wake up early so we have to go to bed also earlier 😊😊

Evening playing outdoor games is very good habit for students(Shuttle, Foot ball, Kabadi, anything....)...then 10 clock or before 10 pm is good time for sleep...sleep is more important for their health than studies....fresha iruntha konja nerathulaiya easya padika mudiyum...Activea orupaanga...you Alora long time for studies only?..then how can they will active? Body health? Exercise walking playing with friends enough sleep is more important....

Nice timetable, please note that we brush after breakfast, not before. You are supposed to have brushed the previous night, just before you sleep. So in the morning there's no food debris or plaque in the mouth. If you don't brush after breakfast, you leave food debris in the mouth the whole day n the bacteria feast on it n your teeth continue to decay.

For the part in 5:30 to 6 pm it says have a healthy snacks and its basically snack because its singular
