this made me cry. second gen kpop got me thru the worst days of my childhood (abusive parents). i attempted to off myself multiple times, but the dream of going to kpop concerts and seeing my idols live kept me going and distracted from the thought of offing myself. 2ne1 is my fave and i would listen to their song to cheer me up.

fast forward to today, I made it. im in a much better position in life right now. I’m now an adult with a good career and can finally afford seeing them live soon.

2ne1, the kids who grew up listening to your music are now adults. It was nice growing up with you too.

Knowing everything they went thru being called ugly from day 0, but especiallY Minzy and CL, and being there, watching 2NE1TV and having watched YG calling CL ugly to her face, plus this song resonates with me at a personal level, so I can't help but ugly cry while mouthing the chorus, they feel it, I feel it, honestly I think all Blackjacks feel it, and while I have a bunch of groups I adore from newer gens, it's hard to compare my love for 2NE1 they just feel so genuine and they were always so open with their very relatable issues in a time when no one would dare and they were hated and criticized for it, but they never changed, they haven't changed a bit, they just got more and more resilient, wonderful and mature.

I can’t stop crying idk i just started to feel the tears forming once the music started but when Bom didn’t sing her first part i started crying, knowing what she’s gone through, but then when Cl’s chorus came in i just started sobbing and couldn’t stop, this song means so much to me personally and 2NE1 is my favorite k-pop group, of all time, ever, they have such a special place in my heart

It's their first comeback concert and they're setting the bar high for live singing. This is how other kpop idol groups now a days should focus on when performing and singing because I observe kpop groups now a days invest more with their visuals and not their skills.

Literal chills, couldn’t stop myself from crying when I heard them sing this song again, i completely broke down. to me it’s still painful to hear it as it carries memories, I listened to it during a very hard time for me in my early teens, it made me feel understood and less alone when I was totally lonely. 8 years have gone by and i’m now in my twenties but whenever I hear one of their songs, I don’t even know how yet i still remember all the lyrics by heart and here I am again singing them out loud just like when I was 13 in my tiny room from my childhood home and environment that I now moved out from.
Couldn’t be happier to see them back, this is so incredibly emotional to me. Thank you for performing and singing again, 2ne1 will always means so much to me and hold a very special place in my heart 🫶🏻
