Loucha's 4 star light cone which gives a ton of effect res is also solid value especially with new enemies with their bs cc. Plus it enables users to hit broken keel's 30% very easily
Especially at higher superimpisition levels

A note about Memories of the Past in regards to Tingyun and Asta getting their ultimates up quicker: if you do not have a high superimposed Memories of the Past or not at all, Meshing Cogs is a good replacement. It's a 3 star so you'll have overall lower stats, but that also means you'll be able to get it to S5 much easier and it will guarantee quicker ultimates until you can get MotP to S5

Speaking of Bronya's sig LC, I also want to bring up Past and Future LC, available for f2p players (considering 600 stardust is kinda expensive) - also has the same "+atk% for the next character" effect as Bronya's signature, so it makes it the 2nd best option for her

I agree with most parts of your tier list except pearl vs tutorial for pela (assuming both at s5). I have her trace, e6, ER rope with ER set. I experienced her ulti is always guaranteed every 2 turn so sometimes tutorial lc is overcharged. On the other hand, the more % def shred you have, the more dmg value it provides. Thus in my perspectives, pearl (at s5) will be more valuable for her.

I think there's also an argument for The Seriousness of Breakfast to make the list. I think in terms of power it's probably slightly below Another Peacefull Day, but considering you can make it S5 for free is pretty insane value!

I personally run tingyun with the BP lightcone. But that’s just me. I think 10% energy regen for whole team or 21% crit damage is pretty good. This is a personal preference though. Dance dance dance is usually on my 2nd support

I forget the name of it, but if you superimpose Luocha's 4 star light cone, i think it's very good with broken keel, especially on Luocha, but potentially other healers. It rewards you for stacking effect resistance, which you typically want on your sustainer. Mine's S4 and I just use it all the time now.

Also, I think everything mentioned here is basically true with some bits being left in the air, like tingyun's best option cause while i agree that DDD is exclusively broken on her i do think in some cases memories might be better ( seele, clara and potentially Topaz come to mind).
I think some LCs were left out that actually pretty valuable like defense, multiplication and ofc meshing cogs but since they're 3 star i understand why they're left out but i do think considering everyone should have atleast 1 copy of each at s5, they're pretty solid especially cogs cause it's basically s5 memories but less stats.

S5 Memories of the Past is Tingyun's best-in-slot lightcone. It just provides too much value in getting her ult back in 3 turns. Dance!Dance!Dance might be better for speedruns, but speedruns are not the determining factor in viability.

Dance! Dance! Dance! Lets my Tingyun feel like a weird Bronya, which I'm happy with, because I don't have a bronya. It's also saved me a couple times by advancing forward my sustain unit.
