don't you worry your pretty little heads about the inner party or the rulers over the rulers, they only have power because they worship satan, remember how he offered Jesus all the kingdoms of the world and their glory for one act of worship? well his price for giving power to people is not different they have to do satans will in order to not only get power but keep it. they have to worship him, that is the price ruling, so satan is a very bad person whos sole aim in life is turning everyone into him, being like him, rebellious cruel, selfish ambitious and exacting. that is why the rulers are the same, you are what you worship. matt 6:9-10 is a prayer people have uttered for thousands of years, let your kingdom come, what kingdom? Gods kingdom government, (well isn't God kingdom already here in our hearts or hearts of the rulers?)nope, this kingdom is a real government (dan 2:44) this kingdom will not tolerate satans rulership much longer. those who worship him are going down with him if they refuse to change. so the beast (gov) cannot be reformed, neutrality is the  best course to show non consent of human/satanic alliance rulership. Jehovah through Jesus will do the rest.
