Report details 'systemic failures' in Uvalde school massacre

On Sunday, families met with Texas House committee members who investigated what happened at Robb Elementary on May 24. The families also received a copy of the investigation report. KPRC 2's Robert Arnold has more.

The Uvalde District Attorney need to file charges for dereliction of duty to all the officers on the video and the officers outside. If the Uvalde District Attorney do not file charges the District Attorney need to be removed from office. Or Ken Paxton need to file charges. Those officers on video need to be fired immediately.
