The SNES Classic! Spawn Wave Plays!

Against all odds I managed to track down and secure a Super Nintendo Classic this morning. I figured we could go through the menu and check out a few games to see how they hold up. The controller feels good and overall the system itself is solid. If you can find one in your area, it's completely worth a purchase!

I remember playing these on the SNES and after owning the NES Classic for a couple weeks, it reminded me I have no interest in revisiting them. So glad that Nintendo seemed to make a lot more though this time so everyone who wanted one could (hopefully).
Still want virtual console though. Guess I just want to choose my favourites and play them on the go.

I actually managed to pre-order one. The $80 price tag was not in my budget, but I wanted to make sure I didn't miss my chance. After Nintendo said that they were going to work really hard to supply these, I took their word and cancelled my pre-order and plan on maybe getting one once I can legit afford it. Glad to know that they're keeping to their word.

I picked up mine Friday morning in GameStop! No fuss, no problems! I preordered mine!

Spawn Wave I got mine at Best Buy. I did wait for an hour in line to make sure that I got one. The store also got over 100 and there were people still walking in after the store opened able to get one too. It was a very nice feeling. I think Nintendo finally noticed these will sell.

Nintendo reps were at the Best Buy location (Torrance Ca) that's was nice . They were taking footage or the audience of consumers that were in line . Thankfully I secured mine threw the pre order system 😊

I scored mine at midnight at a Meijer's yesterday. It's going to be an amazing gift. I'll pick one up for myself later.

I got one, hooked it up and then went straight to ghouls and goblins and yep, still hard as shit lol ohhhh the nostalgia

It seems like they met demand for several countries around the world. Some they didn't like here inthe UK. It was sold out everywhere in London before stores opened, with exception for a few stores that were sold out before I could get there.

I remember reading on Nintendos site that they keep Star Fox at it's low framerate because it was built for it and it affects the games balance and speed greatly by changing the framerate.

I got it through Best Buy when the preorders went up officially. Got it for Final Fantasy III(VI), Star Fox 2, and Mega Man X

I managed to get one, the walmart near me had 44 systems and 150+ people waiting. Had to go to one out of my way that had 18 of them. By the time it opened there were about 12 people.

I've been enjoying mine. Already beaten Mega Man X for the 100th time and enjoyed every minute of it.

I got a remastered version of VI (III) on my GBA. now I have this one I can easily put on TV.

The target by my place had 42 and luckily I got one, they sold all of them in under 10 minutes. I have to get used to the controller again.

I wonder how many games John buys, plays for 15 mins and then never plays them again.
