In the "File path or URL" field, at the end of the URL for IP address and port number it has ?pkt_size=1316 , what does this signify?
Does it need to be in this address.

The pkt_size parameter in OBS was needed for this to work for me. How do you know what to set it to?

following the exact steps, after i press record OBS fire an error says :
"there is no sufficient disk space to continue recording"

Does this work from pc to pc? Because I tried it but all my other computers are on Linux or Macos and I can't seam to open the stream... Is this a Linux problem or a VLC problem? because it works fine on windows

Vlc should just integrate live streaming and scenes. There is no need for OBS

had to set rtp_mpegts container and replace url with rtp:// in obs. vlc would not use udp:// to save my life.
