The 2022 Mid-Season Invitational (MSI 2022) is held between the first and second splits of all regions. The champions of each competitive region compete for the MSI title.

In this video I will tell you everything you need to know about MSI 2022 (2022 Mid-Season-Invitational). Including: Important dates of the group stage (groups), the rumble stage, and the knockout stage (semifinals and finals), all the teams that are competing in the tournament. How much prize-money will be awarded for the teams, and my prediction of the winner of the MSI 2022 (small hint: LCK)

The MSI Group Draw results are in! For the 2022 Mid-Season Invitational Group Stage, 11 regions have been drawn into three groups - two groups of four, and one group of three. The Group Stage will kick off MSI on May 10-15. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Rumble Stage.

Group A: DetonatioN FocusMe, Saigon Buffalo, T1, Team Aze
Group B: Istanbul Wildcats, PSG Talon, RED Canids, Royal Never Give Up
Group C: Evil Geniuses, G2 Esports, ORDER

The Group Stage of MSI will now take place in the Busan Esports Arena. The Rumble and Knockout Stages will continue to take place in the Bexco Exhibition Hall 1.

Additionally, we’ve adjusted the gameplay dates for the Rumble Stage of MSI. The Rumble Stage now will take place May 20-24.

The winner of MSI 2022 will be decided in a knockout stage, where the best 4 teams of the rumble stage compete in semifinals and finals for the trophy of the mid season invitational 2022.

My absolute favorite is Red Canids! I am pretty sure they will win this whole thing! RNG will fall in the group stages, SKT in the semi finals and G2 in the finals!
