I'm happy that there are more options coming out for the open world gacha games space. Maybe with more releases, Hoyo fans (honestly mainly Genshin fans since HSR and ZZZ devs actually seem to listen as well) will start to realize just how poorly they've been treated by their billion dollar company. I hope that with the release of Azur Promilia, Arknights Endfield, NTE, Ananta, etc, the stronghold that Hoyo has on this space is actually broken or at the very least drastically diluted.

They really should change their rule 1 to 'no Wuthering Waves' because clearly they don't allow it there. Somebody should make a better general gacha sub free of the cesspool going on over there. The really confusing part of all this is that they should be upset at HOYO for not updating their games to meet current Gacha standards, especially when wuwa and others are constantly trying to bring improvements and QoL into their games. HOYO is just sitting in the corner with its arms crossed while other studios are actually adapting.

IDK exactly when I noticed the bias r/gachagaming had but I believe it was sometime before TOF even came out that they started becoming a lot more hostile to any gacha game that wasn't Genshin.
