How to fix MINI Cooper Window Motor 2002-2006 R50 R52 R53

Fed up of banging the door panel to get the window to work ?
Don't want to spend £500 at Mini to get it repaired

interesting Video, but dont you think that chamfering the edges of the Brushes will make it last longer so that the brush doesnt get stuck into the gaps on the comutator ?

Hi. Where s the link to remove the motor from the window?i could remove the panel, unscrew the motor..but i could not remove it from the door

O just fixed mine but I want to know that once u fixed how much longer can last again?

I alwasy find a strategically placed bang with a closed fist on the door panel near the motor gets it working again 😂

I have a Mini Cooper S 2008, and my window drivers side doesn’t do the dipper function anymore, when I hit the auto up lever, it goes to the top, then goes halfway down, and every time I hit up with the auto up function, it goes half way down. I can get it up by holding it up, and when it hits the top it tries to go down, but only goes down an inch because my finger is still holding up.

Do you think this will fix it?

Anyone tried to get the passenger window to auto up like the driver window does? It bugs me that it's not possible by default.

No not a fucking snow flake mate. Was just looking for a vid to fix my drivers side window. Ur the snow flake 😂🤣🤪🤪🤪
