I just wanted to say how much i love ur videos, and how when im not really feeling like hitting the gym on a given day i can always pop over to ur channel and it gives me the drive to want to go. 2 years ago on june 12th i was a 6"ft tall 129lbs heroin addict being put into jail. Oddly enough i found ur videos after being released from jail 6 months later while i was on home confinement and big into WoW. Your 2013 body transformation video was an inspiration to me and once i was released from home confinement i immediately joined a gym and am now up to 185lbs clean and am in the best shape of my life i hope now that im healthy i can really start to train hard and become as fit as you. Thank you bajheera for being a great inspiration keep up the good work ill always be a fan!

I've done me some hypertrophy back day this Monday and oh boy, I'm so incredibly sore, every single muscle imaginable in my back is sore, from top to bottom, never had soreness like this before :)

someones skipping leg day lol :P jk nice work man i used to work out in the past was 185 pounds 5'10 went lazy for couple years 1-2 years went to 220 with a bit of a gut but i started working out again droped down to 212 in only 1 week so far

Baj, I noticed that you shy away from doing free weight rows (BB rows, DB rows, TB rows etc) Is there a reason why you prefer doing cable row variations over free weight. I feel like doing free weight rows helped with my christmas tree and was better for overall back thickness.

When I do them pullovers I only feel a mad tricep pump, any recommendations ?

Baj if you ever feel like your plateauing on your weight loss, you should try intermittent fasting. Got the idea from the Hodge twins and my fat feels like its falling off. Started about 16% body fat and I shedded about 15lbs in about a 1 month and a 1/2 and I'm not even counting my macros and calories besides whey protein.

Bajheera, aren't you supposed to keep your back straight and still while doing rows? if not why is that?

Hey man how would you recommend bringing back slouched shoulders? I assume tightening up back muscles would help?

Hey Bajheera, do you think this will help with lower back pain. I have severe low back pain ever since my second deployment to Iraq. My back makes crunching noises when I lay on my back, and arch upward. The VA doctor just says its my back popping, but it is crunching, not popping and it hurts like hell in the same spot.
